- We are able to assist with your menu selections prior to the event
- Canapés on arrival are available for an extra $20 per/ head for the first half hour of your function.
- Cheese platters can replace dessert in any of the above packages
Bellbrae Harvest Restaurant Function Policy
CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT
A 50% deposit of the total food cost is required to secure your chosen function date. The total payment (excluding beverages if being charged on consumption) is to be paid a minimum of 7 days before your function. Any excess beverage/food charges are to be paid at the conclusion of your function. Final confirmation of guest numbers is required 7 days prior to your function, this will be the minimum amount charged for. We accept cash, Visa, Master card, eftpos. Credit card details must be provided to secure all bookings. All customers are required to sign our booking agreement upon paying the deposit.
REFUNDS
All cancellations of confirmed booking must be made in writing to the Restaurant Manager. In the event of a cancellation deposits paid are non-refundable.
RESPONSIBILITY
Bellbrae Harvest Restaurant does not accept responsibility for any customer’s property left on the premises. Organisers of the function are financially responsible for any damages sustained to the Bellbrae Harvest Restaurant property, fittings or equipment.
COMPLIANCE
If Management has reason to believe that the behavior of your guest/s affects the smooth running of Bellbrae Harvests’ Restaurant operation or reputation we reserve the right to remove the individual/s from our premises during your event.
RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
Bellbrae Harvest Restaurant follows the National Alcohol Beverage Industries Council guidelines on the responsible service of alcohol. Staff members are instructed not to serve alcoholic beverages to guests under the age of 18yrs, or to guests perceived to be in a state of intoxication.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Bellbrae Harvests’ Restaurant Chefs can cater to individual requirements if notified in advance. Please stipulate if any of your guests are vegetarians, lactose intolerant, strict diabetics, gluten free or have a specific food allergy
FUNCTION DURATION
A lunchtime function concludes at 4:30pm with all guests vacated from our premises by 5.00pm. Evening functions conclude at 10:30pm, with the departure from our premises strictly by 11:00pm. Your chosen beverage package allows drinks to be served for 4 hrs with last drinks served at 4:30pm and 10:30pm respectively.
